I’ve had them for a year. I didn’t like how I went to the bank and asked for my cash and it wasn’t on hand. Was told it could take a week to come they would call me when my money was there to pick up. Also lost my debit card and have no access to get in my online account. It’s Saturday. Also have no way to cancel my card till they open up on Tuesday. Monday is Memorial Day. So hopefully my account won’t be dry. Also I checked my other card cause I’m on a joint account with my sister and they don’t even list a stolen card contact on the back of the card. I’m so mad they deserve to be reported to the bbb. No reason I can’t cancel my card.

Recently offered a no credit check $1,000 back to school loan for members. After paying application fee and providing all paperwork. They told me they wanted a credit check. That defeats purpose of a no credit check loan. Then denied it. My paycheck goes to them before I ever see it and I just paid off a loan with them. Another time I had my mortgage payment set to go through. Another check cleared before it ND left it $100 short. Having never bounced a check with them, they declined it and charged me $25. Didn't let me know by phone or mail. It came back through and bounced again charging me another $25. Now to resubmit payment I'm over 30 days so it dinged my credit,. They could have taken it and charged the fee, since my paycheck goes there first, they know they will get their money. This credit union is the worst I've ever dealt with for making customers feel wanted. Give us your money and move on. I'm looking into other places and will move my business elsewhere once I can switch over all my businesses associated with them.
