      Don't love it, don't hate it. Their staff is friendly, but in a fake, Public Relations sort of way. Don't try to sell me stuff when I'm making a simple deposit for work. This is not my personal bank, so I can't say anything from that stand-point. But it's the bank for my work, so I do deal with them. Their Norland Ave. office is a bit too much. You walk in to a vast, open space. You're greeted right away, but the distance between you at the entrance and the tellers at the counter is so far, you feel like you're yelling at them to say "hi" back. Wasted space. Some tellers are genuinely friendly, others are fake. I hate fake friendly. Getting change here is an ordeal, too. I just wanted some fives with my deposit I was making and it took forever. They have a formality process that seems to be a bit too complicated for just making change. Irritated me a bit. Yes, you have to be careful these days, but there is careful and there's silly...
