      ACU is a very good bank to work with especially good to have mortgage and checking in 1 bank to pay down mortgage.

      Friendly staff. I would have to say as something they could improve on is not charging a fee for college students. I moved here to attend a university and was referred to bank here, I am going to school full time but still have to pay a fee for my checking account even though I have no job because I am a full time college student. That fee adds up to $132 a year. Needed to get the account opened as soon as I moved here which is why I decided to proceed with the opening, however I have found another credit union in town that will not charge me the fee.

      Everyone at the Lacey branch is so amazing, friendly and truly look out for their members. Maxey helped me to get a personal loan to consolidate my debt last year and she made the process so quick and painless. All the girls on the teller line Melissa, Jess, Steph C and Steph B are a joy to talk to every time I walk in the door. One time I came in just to do a quick transaction and my car wouldn’t start when I went to leave. Stephanie Cyr walked out with me and figured out what was wrong and got it started. I don’t even bother with the call center anymore just call one of the girls extension whenever I need something. I am a member for life and couldn’t ask for a better group to go to for my banking needs.
