I walked into this ACU already knowing exactly what I wanted and needed in order to refinance my vehicle. I worked with Crysta and she ensured it was a smooth process. I have been a member since 1997. I used to use this as my primary credit card for 20 years. They require you to keep a savings account with the bank. I no longer use the card as it provides not competitive advantage over other cards. They charged me $20/mo for three months because of "inactivity" from the required savings account. They claim it isnt refundable. If this wasnt one of my oldest accounts I would cancel it. I may still depending on the conversation I have with thr manager on Monday.
