      Sadly, I did not have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. My assigned controller seemed to be on vacation monthly because she was always "just getting back to work" when promising to work on my system. After eight months, (and still not having a functioning system in Xero) I terminated the engagement.

      Our apologies. It is disappointing to us too that you had a bad experience. As one of the founders, I’ve reached out to your separately to see if there is anything we can do. We’d like to be able tell everyone that we are perfect and the right fit for everyone, but that just isn’t true. We have clients with bad experiences which usually stem from bad communication or mismatched working styles. Cleaning up old historical records is difficult and requires a ton of knowledge transfer. We are learning and improving everyday to make it easier on our clients, but after 15 years we still have a way to go to make sure no one has experiences like this one. But that is our goal.

      Highly recommend! This is a team that you can trust. They are very knowledgable, and they take great care of their clients. Kenji (CEO) and Matthew (COO) are extremely impressive leaders and just overall really good people.
