      I have had multiple warranty requests submitted to Adair. Multiple work orders have been closed out without the issues being resolved. I have mold growing in my house from a roof leak that Adair has yet to replace the damaged dry wall. The warranty experience has not met any of my expectations. I do not currently recommend them for building a house. Also turns out that Adair puts manual dampeners for airflow in two level houses instead of an electric one. So glad that they cheaped out on that.
