  The Swenka team helped us purchase our first home this summer! Being from out of state we were super anxious about the whole process but the Swenka team made it seem like a breeze. They were able to get us pre approved in time and on short notice. They send you short and informative videos that explain each step of the process along the way. This was helpful because as a first time home buyer we didn’t fully understand everything that goes into purchasing a home and it made the experience easy to understand and made us feel more confident in the decisions we were making. Whenever I had a question as soon as I emailed them within the hour they always responded. I wanted to touch base over phone at one point and they made time to call and explain the details of our closing process late at night and this made us feel cared for and not just another loan in the pile. We really liked the courtesy of the whole team, whoever we were in contact with each time was cheerful and polite and made us feel more calm about the whole experience. We heard good things about them and were really glad that we decided to give them a shot! Thank you for helping us purchase our first home and making our dream a reality. We can’t wait to continue working with you in the future.

  This team was AMAZING to work with! They communicated every step of the way and were so thorough in all of it. We had so much confidence in them because they explained everything so thoroughly and patiently that we knew exactly what to expect at each step. We trusted them and it paid off because we love our home and the process to get there was so much smoother and easier than we ever anticipated. Highly recommend Adam and his team!

  This was an incredibly smooth experience with Adam and his team. They were always quick to respond when answering questions and overall made the whole process easy to understand. Compared to our first time going through the home loan process this was much easier and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a home loan service. If you are a first time buyer you can't beat what they have to offer.
