      Had a loss and zack has not been helpful about what is going on except that it is not his problem and when i told him his employee hurt my feelings his response was to me to get my business out of the agency and Deb is gone for about 10 days and no answers come from anyone. The one star is better than deserved in my opinion. A loss is difficult enough without rude conduct without help. The response should tell you that there is a loss of what the word agent means. It does not mean abandonment. I trusted Adams to be my agent. No information on my loss yet.

While we are here to assist you with the claims process, we do not directly process claims or loss payments in our office. This process is done directly with the carriers we represent. Most communication during the claim process happens with you and the carrier. Again, we understand the stress you must be experiencing from the equipment loss. We suggest you reach out to your carrier directly to guide you through the remainder of your claim, as they will be able to service your claim directly.
