I came into the the East Orlando Addition branch to find out about their auto loan process and to become a member. I did not have an appointment any of the times that I came into the branch, however ALL times I have been able to be accommodated and speak to a representative right away. I had the pleasure of speaking with Samanter, Pamela, and Josy on separate occasions and all ladies were kind and informative. Samanter is very knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all my questions (even the questions I kept repeating), she put me at ease with the process, and made sure I was receiving the complete and correct information. Her patience, willingness to help me learn, and reassurance was exactly what I needed. I was very stressed about the process, but Samanter was able to provide me with ease of mind. I would 100% recommend this branch.
