  When I couldn't get adequate help w/ AFI Contact Center, I called back the next day (today) and got Mr. Fidel at the Lake Nona branch and he was amazing... He knew exactly what I was asking for help w/and he jumped right in and processed my Bal. Xfr. (which had I not gotten help today would have caused my other card to be late). Thanks for your assistance Mr. Fidel and keep the great personality!!! Oh & enjoy your vacation... I need one too... LoL
