  This was the first time I had been to the l St. cloud branch so I arrived very early . I walked up to the teller, said I was very early for my appointment and asked if it would it be possible to meet with Patricia Hernandez earlier. Ms. Hernandez agreed and was very welcoming. We had a wonderful conversation and at the same time resolved the issue I came for. Ms. Hernandez was very professional, congenial and easy to work with. She got the job done quickly, which gave me time to get home before the traffic hit. I strongly recommend her for your banking needs.
