I’ve been working here exactly one month today. I haven’t been this happy at a job in a very long time! My managers & trainer treat me with respect & honor. It’s such a joy to work for Adfitech! I enjoy doing my job & going home. I can choose when I go to lunch & take my breaks. I also was given a choice as to which shift that I wanted to work, which is unheard of these days. I am so thrilled to be a part of the Adfitech team! It feels good knowing that my manager can actually answer my questions without referring me to my colleagues for the answer. My goal is to retire with this company!

The company that I used to work for uses ADFITECH for their QC and they ask for several items that aren't actually needed should a file get audited. It's very time wasting and redundant. They require transcripts on files that have w2 wage earners, so that's a complete waste of time and money. They just ask for things that do no really matter instead of focusing on things that do matter. They need to update they're system and learn more about updates to the mortgage industry and focus on those things. I do not recommend using them. I think they're concept is very outdated.
