      Yesterday attempted to exchange 5 $20 bills into 1 $100 bill for my Grandson's recent graduation, and was refused because I am not a customer. Totally unbelievable. But was able to get what I needed from our Town Clerks office. I'd NEVER use their bank under any circumstances!!!!!!!!!!!!!
