Appreciated the drive-in window open during the Covid-19 summer, and easily transferred assets from the locally owned and operated 100 year Rome Savings Bank after it was bought by the out-of-state Berkshire Bank.       Tried a few different banks in the area, by far this one is the most respectful. They treat customers like people, not dollar signs. I highly recommend moving your finances to this institution.

      Fast and very friendly service. Everyone there knows me by my first name and always has biscuits for my dog. You just don't get that kind of personal relationship with your banks anymore. Oh did I mention they have free checking.
