      I’ve been a member with Adirondack Bank for over 5 years, what a mistake, and it’s sad because I support local business but they do not care about their local people, they are also not willing to work with you, they tell you one thing do another, I’ve gotten endless $38 fees $25 fees that they keep adding on even after they told you they closed your account. Tried for a loan and was denied. They make up their own rules and tell you it’s in their policy. LIES AND MISMANAGEMENT!! I opened an account with First Source Credit Union and under a year I have gotten several loans, never a fee for having account in negative, they even sent a thank you card!!! do yourself a favor go to First Source and NEVER use any Adirondack Bank branch in life.

      Terrible bank, stingy owner, they could care less about the clients. Better off going to a large corporate bank. Awful experience here
