      Zero Stars. Horrible Service and professionalism. We had a property under contract over 5 YEARS. Our daughter who is a realtor called and emailed for updates at least a 100 times over several years, nobody would respond. Finally after years and years and many renewed contracts, someone at the title company admitted they DROPPED THE BALL....really NO KIDDING! The property has over doubled in value and now the seller wants about 60% more than our Contract, maybe the Title Company WHO "DROPPED THE BALL" should pay the Difference. Obviously we wanted the place to keep renewing for over 5 Years. Just Find a Frontier Title Company to work with, They don't put your file in a desk drawer and lock it away because they have to do SOME ACTUAL Work to get the title policy!
