      Adrian and his team are OUTSTANDING. On the front end, they walked me through different loan options (rates, buydown, length), worked with me to figure out how to shorten my mortgage while keeping payments where I wanted them, then jumped immediately when I wanted to lock in our rate during a sudden market move. Communication is super important to me and they were awesome at it--by phone, text or email, and extremely responsive. When a couple of issues arose late in the process due to some unique things with our property, they took the lead in working through them with title and the underwriter, keeping me updated but not making me take a lot of my time to deal with it. They also worked quickly with escrow to resolve an erroneous charge on my settlement statement. And, in the middle of a hugely busy time for refinances (when another lender told me it would be at least 60 days to close), they got me from application to close in only 23 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
