      U really need to update the physical address on the website. Ukiah is closed. I went from willits to ukiah. By gosh. Absurd.

      Frannie and Mary are the greatest!!! They have accommodated me through some of the toughest times in my life. When my Mother passed at the beginning of the Covid lockdown, I lost my job and my place to live (because I was a live-in care provider) and my mother all in one foul swoop. Well… they were there for me and worked with me to make it through those tremendously tough times. Unfortunately, I have heard of the Ukiah location closing in June 2021. This saddens me! I live on the coast and have to travel 1.5 hours to get to this location, but it is the closest one. Now I will have to travel another hour to get to the next closest one. I just don’t think that is possible for me to do. It is just too far, and not to mention the gas cost. I really hope that corporate changes their minds on this one. They will be loosing their best employees… their greatest asset!
