      Contacted by the Manager of the local branch in Chipley, Florida who was very professional and offered an alternative. I changed my review to reflect her Customer Service. Still, Lisa, online customer service supervisor at their HQ, should not have offered to change my due date AFTER I take out the loan. Tried to borrow 100 until I get my SS check. I know the interest rates but things get tight. I'm 70 and the checks don't always last until the 3rd. Because Monday is the 4th they wanted to move my payment to the 1st. Like I said, I'm 70. I know that just when you count on it your check will be late. Every time. Murphy's Law, y'all. Asked them to move repay day 2 days to ensure funds were there. They said to take out loan first and then they would change the due date. Contracts do not work that way. Spoke to supervisor Lisa twice who would not help and pretty snotty the last time. Glad they record.
