my Experience with Sue at the Danville location is always professional and better than that she is a caring and compassionate person. As it is not a feel good experience to reach out for occasional help I have found that Sue respects the person and shows true interest in their stories and lives. Many of us have grown to feel a true friendship beyond the service. Sue is an example of the type of manager that anyone who truly knows the value good managers bring to a business would want to use her skills as a teaching and learning tool to help other locations learn and reap the the benefits of great Customer Service skills.
