      The ladies in the office are always so sweet and kind. When I first went in for a loan they offered me more than I went in expecting to get. They never bombard me with calls. And they always work with me when I need it! They make the loan process/journey so simple and hassle-free.

      I am a disabled person and I get paid on the 3rd of the month. I get a flier in the mail stating " I AM ALREADY PRE-APPROVED FOR $2,000. So, I figure I could use the extra money for Christmas, getting my family some things they wanted, that I really didn't have the extra cash for. Since I am on a very limited income. I go into the office and fill out the paperwork. Sat in the office for about 5 minutes, called back up to the window. As usual, turned down because of not having an active checking account! What Advance America, and other loan offices needs to understand is that people on disability have no reason to have a checking account. ALL of the money we get goes on a DEBIT CARD EVERY MONTH. That is how we pay bills mostly is by using our debit cards. The Government doesn't pay with paper checks anymore. So, no one needs to go to a bank to cash their check. So my advice would be don't even apply for a loan if you have no active checking account. Friendly staff people telling you "No Sir, you're not approved." Store is clean. Windows are clean.

      I am a disabled person. I get pd on the 3rd of EVERY month..always. Took out a $200 loan at the end of march, manger told me was due the end of April but I could pay on the 3rd. April 27th they deposited and over drafted my account. Also cause a monthly recurring charge to overdraft. I live on a very limited income and can not afford to just give my money away.
