      I don’t usually write reviews but this has really been a problem for me, I’ve done title loans with company a couple times now and last time I did I paid over phone and when I went to get my title they had no clue where it was and couldn’t help me at all I needed a loan for an emergency and all they could say is they will try and find it and if they can’t they will have to pay to replace my title which yes because they lost it but it did not help me at this moment when I needed the money for something important now they saying the DMV has title and will be mailing it to me witch can also take about a week are longer I’m just so stressed behind this situation that is entirely there fault and they still couldn’t help me! Not to mention I waited a hour in there while she took everyone that came in behind me before she continued to look for my title I just thought it was so unprofessional and very rude for me to be first in line and still be put on side to wait till other customers to be done with to still not help at all! Sorry I do not think I will be doing business with them in future!
