      I am happy to share my experience with this Advance America location. I would give them 10 stars for excellent customer service. They are very professional and so helpful. I first went to CashPlus (now known as Cash Blvd) to get assistance, but because I didn't have a paper copy of my bank statement they refused to help me. I went to 2 different places attempting to print a copy of my bank statement. Wells Fargo had a power outage and was closed, and the computers at Staples were not working either. I asked the representative at Cash Blvd if I can show her my statement on my phone, and she said "NO". Did not have the option to email the statement either. She said she needed a paper copy to be able to scan it. Pretty unbelievable! I can now see why there was no one there! The representative wasn't very friendly either. Terrible customer service! I immediately went to Advance America which is in the same plaza, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. The representative who assisted me was very kind. I was relieved when she allowed me to pull up my accounts to show her proof of my income. She completed my application, and I was approved!! I highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional, provide excellent customer service, and they are TOP NOTCH in my book!!!!
