      Been to this place off and on since 2013. Friendly staff, definitely friendlier that other locations. Accurate. Never made an error on any my loans...believe me, errors do happen but not at this place. Sept 2021 - Did the above post 4 years ago. Went today, after not using their service for almost 2 years. Still friendly people. Karen is a great person to work with. It was nice to see a familiar, friendly and smiling person!! System they now use is electronic...notices, loan docs, and signatures all electronic and can go to your email on file. No longer need to write checks. So fast to come in and out of the stores now. Wow! Setting up an account takes time, but much quicker now. Still need a copy of the latest checking account bank statement, your ID, and SSN (they prefer the customer to bring in SSN card). Getting a loan takes literally less than 5 min. Monies can be direct deposited into your account by using debit card. Sweeeeeeet!! Pay back options: inside store with cash or debit card, or pay online. If not paid back by end of day on the due date, they will take the amount out automatically from your checking account. Chart of loan plus interest has increased slightly, it's so minimal you don't really even notice it.

      This is the ONLY loan store I will go to! The ladies that work here are beyond phenomenal! They always have a positive attitude.They are always smiling. They make the process as fast, and easy as possible. I personally love the warm, welcoming feeling I get when I walk through the door. All in all these ladies are amazing, and deserve the recognition of their amazing-ness!
