  Latika @store 586 asked me to give her a review, so here ya go! Back story: came by at 1pm, store had closed sign until 1:45. Came back at 1:45, and knew there wasn't enough time to complete transaction. Came back at 5pm. Store sign said closed til 5pm. So I waited longer still. After a few minutes, I called customer service to see if everything was ok, and if the clerk would be back soon. Customer service was helpful and "made some calls" and advised that the clerk "is pulling into the parking lot". Granted, by this time, it is 5:15pm. Finally, Latika returned, apologized for the sait and advised that the bank took over an hour today. I get it, life is busy. Folks need lunch, and sometimes the bank takes too long. I was more than happy to be graceful about it. After a few minutes of civil conversations with all the patrons, it was finally my turn. She asked my name, I told her my info, and then she responded with "Oh i remember that name" (and I've never met this woman that I know of, as there is a new face almost everytime I come to this location)... meanwhile she is filling out a business card with all her info, (something she did NOT do for any of the other patrons), and proceeded to say "since you like your phone so much, how about giving me a google review". Essentially, she was letting me know that she knew I had called, and that she was "calling me out" (in front of all the other customers, mind you). I advised her that my intention was not to get her in trouble, but to make sure everything was ok, and see when she would be back because her sign said 5pm. She promptly responded with "Oh, you didnt get me in trouble". I prefer to show Grace to people, and was planning to let it all go. However, her need to make sure that she had the upper hand, was patronizing and condescending. It makes one wonder what other types of vindictive behavior could possibly be displayed in other situations. Granted, Latika was "polite", I question her authenticity. I wouldn't have even bothered to write a review, but since she personally asked me to, this was my experience. Once again, grace being a key word, I dont wish Latika to be reprimanded. However, she would benefit from some remedial classes that teach professionalism and humility. God bless!

  Advance America has been great it is a blessing to have a company that trust lending you money with such faith in you it's an amazing feeling knowing they are there when you need them I would give them 100 stars Katherine Robinson
