  Customer service in the store was good. One star for that. HOWEVER, I paid off my loan last year. I am now without a title for a year. TWICE they told me the state was holding up my title. Now I have found out that the lien was never removed from my title. It looks like my title was never sent into the state and the lien was never removed. They have been researching for over a week now. I have reached out to corporate twice by email and have never received a reply. Today I tried a "chat" but the "chat" was sent as an email. Looks like I won't be receiving a reply. Next, I'll try by phone. I will continue to post as developments occur. STAY AWAY! UPDATE 2/18: After weeks of no replies to my emails or chat, Customer Service reached out to me from corporate. She was very helpful and eager to investigate the problem. The lien was finally released, and they are returning the title although I don't have it yet. Please delete your email and chat icons on your website as they don't seem to answer those. Thank you for finally resolving this. Customer service at the store and over the phone was courteous and helpful.
