      I love that everything can be done online these days; how amazing!!! I hate how slow it is online!!!!! I save gas by not driving to the actual store to do a loan but if I need the money now it's not convenient at all!!! Very frustrating! It takes hours to get a loan through and deposited into your account online. I don't get it. The first 3 times I did the online it took 45 minutes and boom it was in my account. Now... I have waited up to 2 days at the longest.

      Not professional at all. They are super rude and degrading to people. They are not responsive either. Just super unprofessional and they make you feel bad for even having to come in and take out a loan. It’s just really embarrassing how they treat you. Connie was super rude and unprofessional as well. I will be paying back my loan online. I would go into the facility to help out with business, but never again. I’m just amazed at how poorly they treat their customers. I went in one day and they were talking bad about the person who had left before me. Just super inappropriate and unprofessional.
