      My aunt in NJ sent me money. I went to this location EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!! Every time I went there was a different problem. Either there was a “Be Back At 3:45” sign or there wasn’t enough money or the system was down or something every single time. Yesterday I called from 2 different phone numbers back to back and got different answers. Today, I am leaving to go out of town and I go there again, there is a different lady there who seemingly read something like a post it note and she says, “Oh. Yeah. I don’t have a code to do anything.” I asked her how could she be sent to fill in at this location and not be able to “do anything.” So I asked her to get her boss on the line and she refused. I’m sorry but if you advertise that you have a service then you should at least TRY to appease the customer. I’m very angry and a very dissatisfied customer. I do not recommend this location for MoneyGram. They are clearly incompetent in that field or they are unwilling to make the customer their priority.
