      I had an account with you for several years and never had any problems with the branch in pineville la. I get my Ss check on second wed of month and they know I come in the following day. They decided to close that branch and transferred my account to Alexandria I went to my bank today to get cash to pay and it had already taken out of my account. So from 6 last night till I got to an atm machine ( bank was not even open yet) it had been taken. And won’t let me re borrow for 7 10 days all it would have taken was a call. I will tell everyone I know how you conduct businesses
