  Mr. Charles Butler was truly a-lot of help. I was stuggling to resolve a issue after multiple attempts with customer service. He was the only one who understood the importance of fixing this issue at hand and tackled it in a very timely manner! I had lost hope as it seemed there was no resolution and it seemed to be a dead end. Thank you again to Mr.Butler and his team.

  Charles Butler, Mgr. of the Franklin location, is a national treasure. @AdvanceFinancial, I don't how much you're paying this man... but it isn't enough! He helped secure a loan for me when I was in a difficult financial situation, so I could afford to travel to Texas to see my daughter for her birthday. He went above and beyond and walked me through every step of the process. Such a nice guy and a real professional. A1 service, Charles. Thanks again!
