      Engaged Matt to perform and set up quick books accounting for a small company . Fraudulent work BE CAREFUL. Took 2,000payment up front and never completed.

      Steve asked for a project to be done in 2 weeks. I told him it would be challenging, but we would do our best. After spending ten hours on the project and providing preliminary numbers, he is demanding we cut ties, which is fine. Advats prides itself on providing COMPLETE and CORRECT work to the client and does not enter into any projects that will not be 100% completed. We also make sure we communicate with every client if any challenges impeding us from moving forward. We finished 80% of the work that Steve was asking for but needed to communicate heavily to finish the remaining 20%. Of which, we received a lot of pushback. We like to know up front what we are getting into and work with the client even when what we agree to is not what was provided up front. We still provide to the client what is requested and compromise as needed to achieve the result requested. We do our best to stick to the quote promised as well even if it’s a little more work required. We pride ourselves on being a boutique accounting firm that provides legal and financial input for individuals. The past reviews left by our different clients can prove our efficiency. We do not only do tax returns or bookkeeping but provide a holistic accounting, financial and legal package.
