  I have only been in this branch maybe 3 times in my lifetime. And I can say this branch is so cordial and helpful. I have only had great experiences with this branch. Today I called because I couldn't access my account. I spoke to an exceptional young lady named Simone. I mean she hit customer service outside the box. She was so kind, patient and helpful. I am so happy that this location is near me. I don't have this type of experiences with other banks. It makes me rethink about moving my checking account with this bank. Currently I only have savings. But customer service goes a long with me. And this has made my day. She saved me a trip to the branch. SIMONE God bless you.   I am getting this branch a 2 because it was open, but when I and a family member walk in today after 2:40 p.m. it was very empty and 3 ladies were inside the bank, so i could make a withdrawal. i was standing at a desk to see about getting a slip to write up for funds and later just walked up to the window and both ladies at the windows wanted to help, So i told them i was referred to them by my credit union from California where i was from. But then they both said i could not use the inside bank and i had to go to the outside and use that atm. then did let me know what i needed to have once i decide to open an account with them. There demeanor was the rude side and customer service lacked greatly. I did mention that i was planning on opening an account but after some thought I gladly find another banking credit union that would treat me better. I am tired of the lack of Customer service i am seeing in most places these days.

  Ms. Macias, We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while visiting our branch in Roselle. You may have been referred to our location by your California based credit union thinking we are part of CO-OP’s shared branching network. We do not provide shared branching and have no way to access your account information at another credit union to process any type of withdrawal. The only alternative we can offer non-members is to use our ATM to withdraw cash. If you are relocating, we offer membership if you will live, work, worship or attend school in Union County or Essex County, NJ. We strive to maintain the highest level of service for both members and potential members and are sorry we failed to meet that standard with your experience.
