  Switching from traditional banking was the best thing I ever done. Joining Advancial was the next best thing I've ever done. Branch Manager Brandy Ross has gone above a beyond assisting me. Over the years the staff has become more like family to me.

  I have banked with Advancial federal for over 12 years. Their credit card rates are very low and their auto loans beat everyone I checked. I love this bank and I will be a customer for life!

  I am only putting one star because the system is making me put something. The bank itself is amazing. I’ve been banking with Advancial for years! They’re great and I highly recommend doing business with them. However, I would never recommend anyone to do business with the current staff in Oklahoma City. They’re incredibly unwilling to help. They directed us to do everything we needed online instead of assisting us in any way. I felt like they just wanted to get customers out of there so they could just sit there. They were rude and disrespectful. I called this branch to clarify some information and after the lady got frustrated that she didn’t know what was going on, she yelled at me and hung up on me. We returned to ask another question and we were once again directed to just look it up online, when they could have easily given us the answers we needed. The only reason we continued to return is because they are the only Advancial in Oklahoma City. Save yourself the trouble and do not go to this Advancial if you can help it.
