      Do not recommend! Carla and Hong are unprofessional and made my car buying experience very long and difficult. For one, they charged me DMV late fees that were from the previous owner. Secondly, they failed to complete my paperwork within a 4 month period and then reported no payments to the credit bureau. They initially agreed to help correct the reporting but then later claimed that wasnt their responsibility. I had absolutely zero strikes against me before doing buisness with them and will never use them again.

      Interest rates are not competitive with other credit unions. Not hard to find much better interest rates anywhere else. Very disappointed that I will have to have a loan elsewhere because by credit union does not offer friendly rates on recreational purchases.
