      Love my bank,never a problem. They refunded same day when there was an unusual charge I didn't make. I only wish there were more locations.

      I joined this credit union about 5 yrs ago. When i did the service was great. However, in the past 2 yrs the service is terrible. You go thru the drive thru & the teller doesnt even make her/ his face visible on screen. All you get after 5-10 min of silence is "thank you, you are all set!" Customer service is terrible. If i could give you a minus star i would.

      If I could give zero stars it would be necessary just cause the head teller is the most rude every time we interact. Idk maybe its me but the way she handles people isn't professional.
