      Brandon was truly a lifesaver for us! We were hit with an unexpected eviction notice due to our landlord selling our rental and were in an utter panic when we contacted Brandon to look into the option for us to buy our own home. I am so glad we did! Brandon responded quickly and remained accessible and relatable the entire time we worked with him. Brandon was able to lay out exactly what we needed to do to qualify for a loan and was there every step of the way with us. Despite us needing to do some work on our end to qualify, Brandon was able to get us pre-approved quickly once we were ready. We always knew the status of our loan, as did all other parties involved. Brandon really cares about his clients and it shows with the work he puts in. The home buying process is stressful enough as it is, it made a huge difference for us to have someone we trusted along for the ride with us. Thank you Brandon!

      I cannot say enough about these amazing people. Katy helped me when no one else would and Jennifer's thoroughness and encouragement are amazing (and neither of them are putting up with anything from anyone either - which you definitely want since they are on your side!). Their advocacy and can do, stick to it, positive attitude made all the difference and made my unique situation work to purchase a house and now I am actually going to be paying less for a mortgage than I am in rent! I have been more impressed with them than any other mortgage person I have ever worked with. They were honest, up front, no bull, and made things as easy as they could be, especially in the current market. I recommend them to any and everybody. They know what they are doing, and they care! You couldn't ask for better than these two!!
