  During a current transition of systems, so I’m now told, there has been no initial contact by this Credit Union that it was even happening. I was at a store, got declined 4 times with 40K in my checking account. Tried to call Branch ALL day. No answer. Finally went there and found out they are having a “system” change. We got no email, no letter, no COMMUNICATION that anything was going to happen and to be aware of it. They couldn’t even let me know when things would be back to normal. There are hardly any tellers at this Branch in Preston. Extremely difficult to do business here. I wish I had not brought our business there. There have been several issues since we opened our accounts. Forgot to order our checks. Forgot some information needed for application Now we can’t use our debit cards…..ridiculous!!!

  Hi Cherie, we apologize and understand your frustration. We try our best to communicate any changes we make, including this one. We sent out an email to all members on the 26th of April explaining the debit card transition. You may not have received this email if you have unsubscribed from receiving emails from Advantage Plus or it went to your spam folder. We also post all updates to our Facebook page. I will pass this along to our Preston branch manager to personally assist you.

  Low to no customer service for loan application. Also, the website and software they use to gather loan applications is quite old and there is no way to upload documents through it. You end up emailing all the documents to them and it just isn't organized.
