      Staff are always helpful and friendly. We have used multiple branches, and currently bank at the Fremont branch. I really don't understand the other negative reviews I see here; we've been Advantis customers since the early 90s, and have always had excellent service. Rates are better than almost any bank I have investigated. Besides, a credit union (any credit union, for that matter) is a much better consumer option than a bank.

      The folks in the office were really friendly and helpful. I was able to get cash from my checking account in a few minutes right before they closed even though I didn't have my debit card on me.
