      Every experience I've had at this branch and with Adventure Credit Union has been positive. We've been members for almost 30 years back to when they changed their name to Adventure. I would recommend the Grandville branch and the credit union as a whole for anyone looking for a place to manage their money.

      Been with this credit union since the 80's when it used to be Bell Com credit union they used to be the best credit union sorry to say its the absolute worst now. Saturdays you can't go in the bank even before 1 and talk to a real human being. When there are associates working the counter they are rude, not helpful. There is no customer service at all. I just got hacked for the 2nd time THIS YEAR and I barely use the card when I called the associate told me I have to call back later with no explanation.
