  The girls at this Kentwood branch of Adventure Credit Union are very polite, helpful in every way possible, and are fully knowledgeable in every realm of every customer's needs, they also, most of the time, are immediately accessible to any customer whether as a walk-in client or with an appointment( easier and best way), I have never found a delay more than a few minutes at any time I have visited this branch. Also, I have found that this appealing availability is with every employee, and management personnel, at every branch and main office of this credit union... everyone goes above and beyond to fulfill the needs of everyone who walks through their doors, whether a member or a new client looking for an excellent credit union......

  Staff Development Day, Wednesday June 29, 2022. All branches closed. Wednesday before the 4 July holiday. Isn't Wednesday normally a business day?? Better to inconvenience the members/customers than to inconvenience the employees, and have this Development Day on a day when the Credit Union is normally closed??

  Hi Francis. I apologize for the inconvenience! We rarely ever close our offices for a reason other than a federal holiday or in observance of a federal holiday. We are optimistic that this staff development day will allow us to better serve you in the future. That being said, today (6/29) you can access your Adventure account at one of our ATMs or at a Shared Branch Credit Union. The Shared Branch nearest to our Kentwood office is Rivertown Community FCU located at 211 36th St SW. Wyoming, MI 49548. You can also call or text us at 800.323.2129 for assistance today (6/29). Our offices will be open normal hours tomorrow, 6/30, and Friday, 7/1. We will be closed on Saturday 7/2 and Monday 7/4 for Independence Day.

  Applied for a construction loan and it takes a year to not get any information and then they send you a bill for an appraisal. Don't waste your time here!
