      The customer service is great face-to-face, when you walk into the bank. I have gone in several times for specific needs and they were closed or a person I needed to work with wasn't there. They are just iffy when you really need them. I went in on Saturday and they were closed, even though their door showed the 9:00 am to noon hours for Saturday. No signage of why they were closed. In THAT situation, they were able to help me in the drive-through. Had that not been the case, I would have been out of luck. I get very frustrated with this bank. I don't use it much and I try to never go into the branch more than I HAVE to.

      I don’t understand why they are closed on Saturdays. I understood during the height of the pandemic but at least the drive thru could remain open. Not very good customer service.
