      Came here about 45 minutes before closing on Wednesday February 2 to open a business bank account for my LLC and some Karen at the front desk was very rude and hurtful. Within not even 5 seconds of walking in no one greeted me or even acknowledged me. When Karen finally walked up to the counter she acted like what I was asking was an inconvenience to her. And to be quite frank, I felt discriminated against. I have a ton of tattoos (including a neck tattoo) and because of this some people make assumptions about me and treat me according to their false beliefs about me. The questions she asked me, her demeanor, her cadence and tone of voice made me feel like she was looking down on me. Like I was a lesser individual and I left that place feeling very upset and without a business bank account. I wouldn't recommend this branch or credit union to anyone. There are much better places out there that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Don't settle here.
