      This is an exceptional place. Literally every single person who helped us was extremely nice. I mean to the point where I looked at my husband and said wow. They are here to help you and are HAPPY to do so. Tavia has been a huge help with all my business and personal needs. She is kind and honest. If you haven't been just stop in and see for yourself. They put the big banks to shame.

      The slowest branch, need 14 overrides to deposit a check. Ive outgrown this bank & will be moving on. New Baltimore is great but this branch is a waste of time.

      Horrible horrible branch, I wish I could give a negative rating. They never have enough people working. Even before covid, very slow staff. Terribly managed and ran, long wait times, just a waste of time. Closed everything I could as soon as I could. Will never use this company again.
