  For many years I had been trying to get a reverse mortgage in the State of Oregon with no help which left we with no hope. I received a letter in the mail from Advisors Mortgage Group where I had the pleasure of meeting Julian. My ability to pull any money out of my home was blocked with to much debt and I did have equity in the home. Julian was so kind and helpful he never gave up. Yes it took awhile to get this pushed through but he gave me faith to work with him. This also happen during the lock down due to covid-19 which with the IRS shut down made this 100% more difficult. My many Thanks to Julian he really knew his stuff and how to work with me to YES get my reverse mortgage. Many Many Many Thanks what a great company to work with ADVISORS MORTGAGE GROUP AND JULIAN SAVED MY LIFE AND SET ME FREE FROM DEBT.

  Worst experience ever dealing with this company and it’s employees. Mostly related to the renovation department but other areas as well. Horrible communication to start with. When it comes to asking questions they either one don’t get answered or two they go completely off topic and start talking about other things so they never really answer you. I had to speak with two so called managers that acted this same way one would be Jeanine Wetzel whom was not one bit of help and so I went above her to her manager one James Ragan. To which my surprise was even worse than Jeanine. There was a time frame to complete the repairs it was supposed to be less than six months. Almost a year later the things are finally completed. The president of the company reached out to the contractors but not to myself the homeowner regarding any of these issues. The president of the company claims his people on the renovation department are good. I highly disagree with your statement sir or this would have been done right the first time instead your company and its employees just cannot get it right. I will never refer anyone to this lender or company. They made the last 9 months a living nightmare. As for being contacted I haven’t been no sorry for the inconvenience or any of that. These people are out for money couldn’t care less about you being a customer they are out for themselves and themselves only. Your lucky I can’t give you less than one star.
