We had our closing last November 2020 . The office staff are very rude and unprofessional. As long as someone hired you your office must to work for the person who hired you, but in our case was like this office was working against us. When I got a issue with a window from our house and I contacted the office to let them know that the seller fixed the wrong window Alla told me ,, it is your word against seller’s word and they will not fix anything “ she said this like she was not paid by me. Then I checked all the documents and I found the proof about the window and at the end the seller was asked to fix my window and it took 4 months to be done. Then they asked me to release the money from escrow account and to give them back the rental money because they moved out from my house with 3 days before and they pretended that I should to pay to previous owner for 4 days because the previous owner said so. I did made the math for them and actually they paid us less that supposed to pay for. It looks like I paid someone who was working against me. Btw I know that you are friends and you try to make the things better for them ignoring the contract conditions. Today I called the office to know about the taxes more info but they started attacking me and even did not try to listen to me because I weren’t in the office during the closing and I did not know all the details. But thx that you proved my intuition about this office being rude and not listening what I try to said, that’s why I paid you with the same thing today. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT CARRYING ABOUT CLIENTS NEEDS AND NOT COMMUNICATIVE AT ALL.
