      Stephanie Wagenaar acted like my friend for 2 years and tried to get me to take out a loan with Advocate Capital, Inc. I was hesitant because I really did not need the money. After contacting me repeatedly over 2 years, I did submit my application and 3 years tax returns and financials for 3 years. They denied my application even though I had over 790 credit score. Do not waste your time. Once they denied me I get just an email from Stephanie saying it’s not a good fit. Yet I’m the one with the hard hit on my credit report. Do not waste your time with these clowns.

Our credit team looks at various factors beyond credit score as a part of our underwriting process. They are always happy to explain the reason(s) for the decision. As for "not needing the money," that is great. We don't work with firms that need the money. Our clients are all successful law firms whose owners recognize that making an interest-free loan (your case expenses) is a poor business practice.
