Don't ever try to contact them over the phone , they will leave you on hold and never answer. It happens every time

No after hours customer service available. Both atms at the main branch are not working. Will AEA be paying my fees now that I'm being forced to use another institution's atm?

In regard to your concern on our Central Branch ATMs, we understand that when they are down it is inconvenient. We also have Co-Op ATMs available for members to use at no charge, which includes some near our Central Branch. You can search for the nearest Co-Op ATM through the AEA Mobile App and on our website, www.aeafcu.org.
