      Every time I have taken my elderly mother to this branch, we have always been greeted by friendly tellers and they are all ready to help us. Love this branch and highly recommend it!

      Wow, just moved down to Yuma, my exsisting Credit Union in Spokane, WA does not have any branches down here or affiliations with any CU's so I thought I would give these guys my business. After waiting in line for what seemed like forever due to there only being 3 people working. The young lady said she would have to take my information and set up an appointment for me. Well I guess they don't want my business. Maybe hire some more employees if you are under staff? I don't see this bank/credit union wanting to work for their customers.

      Fictitious charges on my Credit Card, they called it a LOAN ADD ON PAYMENT PROTECTION FEE, they have been charging me every month for almost a decade. Over $1000
