Great timely service! I had several questions that pscu (credit card servicer) couldn't resolve. They suggest I call credit union that issued the card. Not only did AFCU associate resolve the issue, something I thought impossible, but did it in such short time. BRAVO AFCU!

Terrible customer service. Was transferred multiple times to a non working number. Staff were unable to tell me my current account balance. Different staff members give me different answers, and in the end, they do not fix the problem. I have only been a member two months. It seems like a scam...

As a dealer we never gave bad reivew to a lender until this time. The lady called LaTonya Hoover spoke to us saying we are so small dealer, like mom papa shop, so we don't know how to do dealer job. She let the customer bring a piece of " pre-approval" letter, said that is quite enough for us to sell the car without worry about funidng. When I negotiate with her about time we release the vehicle to the customer and ask for a formal approval letter and guarantee of funding, she became nervious and told the cusomter don't buy car from us. In the business for 10 years I never see a lender doing this, maybe they have parnters dealer so she can earn bird dog fees. After i check your google review. lucky we don't do business with them and so called credit union, shame using this name. we sell 1000 cars per year, exotic cars and hybrid cars, work with 50+ banks and local credit unions, none of them speaks so rude and unprofessional, no patient like you.
