      I contacted AFC on January 13th, 2020 based a good referral. I was put in touch with Johnathan Hollis Branch manager Area Atlanta East. After a few weeks and a few follow up emails we were able to connect. Very nice over the phone and I explained to him our dealership, growth, and gave him a virtual tour. It took several months of getting them all our financials and working with though their application. I have about 20 hours or so of time in it. Jonathan flight for “good rates”, be called be saying we were approved in the 5.25% range with about another 1% in fees all in excellent. Then he said the “manager” had come back to him after the verbal and this was the only time in his career this happened. It took another month to hear back and multiple follow ups for them to come back at 11%. Very disappointed and misled, I wouldn’t recommend AFC to any dealers.

      Poor service all the way around, lack of adequate financial knowledge, they make up their own procedures, they make up their own payment amounts and they make up their own payment plans regardless of what the contract said that you signed. You can't call "Corporate" because they dont care to answer nor call back. I would seek your financial needs with a company with adequate financial representation, adequate knowledge and with a company who wants to help you make money so they can make money as well.

      Very disappointed with the huge amount of fees they charge me. I will never recommend it even to my enemies due to the bad experience i have with them.
